1. Is it safe to order my bridal accessories online?
We totally
understand your concerns about buying over the internet and we would like to
assure you that all transactions are handled directly through
PayPal. PayPal is the most preferred way to pay online in
the UK because it's safer and faster. PayPal stores and safeguards
your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without
entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop.

payment from your card or bank directly, and your payment details

. Can I customise my tiara or jewellery?
Yes you can. Tiaras, hair accessories and jewellery
can be custom made in the colours and finish of your choosing. To
customise please select the colours you require from the drop down
boxes when you place your order. if you require more colours than
the shopping cart shows please get in touch.

How many crystal and pearl colours can I choose and will this cost
extra?
You may choose as many crystal and pearl colours as
you wish and the price will remain unaffected. The only time prices
will change is when we have to order a special colour that is not
listed in the colour charts.

Crystal is totally clear and
is the most popular.
-
Crystal ab has a crystal
effect coating that shimmers all the colours of the rainbow. This colour can
appear yellow against dark hair and skin tones.

Crystal moonlight although
very similar to crystal ab has a more subtle effect and less yellow. Not
all shapes and sizes of Swarovski crystal are available in this colour.

6 . Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. Customers from outside of the UK are
very welcome to place an order. Details on shipping charges can be found on

currency are the prices shown in?
Caradan Designs is a UK based business therefore all prices
are showing in UK £ sterling. (British Pound) This is the only currency
accepted. To help overseas buyers with an approx. conversion you may find this

10. How will my order be packaged?
A lot of care and attention is given when packaging your
products. After they have been wrapped in their presentation bag or box
they will be placed in a very strong mailing box to prevent any damage
during transit. Further information can ne found
here.

As products are
custom made to order there is a small waiting list in order to allow us to
create your accessories. We aim to despatch products within 28 and will contact you via email to
confirm that your goods are on their way.
Between 4 - 6 months before the wedding
is a good time to browse, gain inspiration and seek advice. This
will give you enough time to consider all the options available.
Please try not to order at the very last minute. We are very busy
during the busy bridal season.... January - September and we may not
be able to accommodate your request at short notice. We do
accept rush orders occasionally but do not recommend it. If your
customized rush order is accepted it may incur a fee
of 25% of the total
order value
