Returns & Refunds

I hope you will be delighted with the accessories that I have made for you. In the unlikely event you find the goods unsuitable they may be returned for a full refund provided they have been made in the standard colours below:

Metal finish: Silver plated or sterling silver
Pearl colour: Light creamrose or natural ivory freshwater
Crystal colour: Crystal
Fabric colour: Ivory

Orders must also be returned before the wedding/special event date.

Please email me within 3 days of receiving your goods stating the reasons for the return. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in their original unworn condition, retain all the original gift packaging, labeling and packaged securely. Postage costs will not be refunded.

Circumstances when refunds are not available:

Where a customer orders several items to just 'try on' with the intention of returning all or part of the order. Please remember that all designs are handcrafted just for you and take a considerable amount of time to make. If you require further information on any of the designs please feel free to ask.

Earrings for pierced ears (unless they are faulty. I will replace these for you)
