If you wish to return goods in the above colours
and finish you must inform me within 3 days of receipt stating
your reasons for the return. Goods that have been
custom made to your own colour and finish preferences are non returnable and non
refundable.
Provided the goods have been returned within 7 days, in their
original unworn condition, retain all the original gift packaging
and packaged securely you will receive a product refund within 28
days. Return shipping/postage costs must be borne by you the
customer and are not refunded.
Bespoke Goods
Goods
made to the customers specifications are non returnable and non
refundable.
To comply with Health and Safety regulations I am
unable to accept the return of earrings unless faulty.
No refund will be given under any circumstances if
items are returned after the wedding or special occasion date.
Special Note****
I
am not a trying on service. Most designs are handcrafted to order
and a lot of time and effort goes into their design and creation.
Therefore I respectfully request that you do not ask me to make
several items to just try on with the intention of returning part or
all of the order. If this situation occurs I reserve the right to
decline a return if I suspect that a customer is taking advantage of
and abusing the returns policy.
Faulty Goods
I will replace or repair faulty goods. You must
notify me of any fault or damage within 48 hours of receipt and the
goods may be returned. I will refund any postage fees that you incur
to return the item to me.
