ready made garters page are custom made to order
in the customers choice of colourways and finish.

Current lead
times. The customer must agree to the approximate lead
times shown here If items are required sooner please contact me
prior to ordering to avoid disappointment

The customer must
not make changes
to the individual pieces that will affect work time and price
afterwards.

Do not change the
components of the designs without requesting a full quote. i.e..........changing
the pearl type from glass to freshwater.

It is the customers responsibility to state
where they would like coloured components placed in their items.
If this information is not given at the time of ordering an
email requesting your preferences will be sent. A delay will
result in the order process whilst I await a response.

Do not order items with colours that are not
listed on the colour options pages. If in doubt please
ask.

right to alter any aspect of this website, including pricing at any

Payment
PayPal: Available for all
customers. You do not need a paypal account to pay

UK Sterling is the only
currency accepted.

eCheque payments are
accepted but do take 7 - 10 days to clear. Please bear this in
mind when ordering.

The organisation used for all
deliveries is Royal Mail
Postage is determined by the
value of your order. A signature will be required for all orders.

IMPORTANT

Caradan Designs does not take
responsibility for late arrival or loss of your package. Postal slips are
only kept for one month following despatch so early notification of delays
etc. is important.

In the event of a delivery failure the
Post Office will inform you that your package is awaiting collection at your
local depot. If the package is not collected within 7 days they will return
it to me. If this situation occurs you will be notified by email and asked
to pay for the redelivery of your goods. If I do note receive a response
within 7 days the order will be cancelled and a refund minus the 25%
customization fee will be issued..

It is the customers responsibility to
ensure that the despatch address is correct. Addresses that aren't
recognised by Royal Mail upon a delay or lost package query cannot claim
compensation.

for any import taxes/charges that may apply to purchase to an international
destination

Delivery Times: You will
be notified by email when your order has been completed and despatched and
the times below are an approximate guide to expected delivery.
* In my experience, Worldwide delivery can take longer
than shown. Your package will leave the UK within 24 hours of despatch and
will then be in the hands of your country's postal service, USA and Canadian
customers can track their parcels online and even receive email updates.

Product Quality

Colour control of the
crystals and beads and other materials used are the
responsibility of the manufacturer/supplier and may occasionally
differ from what is shown.

The photography process
may make the products appear larger than in real life. The
approximate size of the product along with the components used
is displayed alongside the item. If in doubt please
ask before ordering.

As each item is
handcrafted there may be very slight variations to the original
image.

All sizes are approximate.

Caradan Designs does
not
take responsibility for any tarnishing that may occur. The
tarnishing of metal parts occurs due to naturally found gases in
the air.

sampling service is available to assist the customer with
colour and material choices

In
the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase(s) I
must be contacted within 3 days of receipt. Returns are accepted
for custom made items and the return package must be postmarked
within 7 days of receipt. Goods will be deemed as your property
on the 8th day and will be returned. You will receive a refund
of the total cost of the goods ordered minus a 25% customisation
fee. The goods must be returned in their original perfect
condition, unworn, retain all the original display packaging and
packaged securely. You must also include your original receipt.

International returns accepted within 14 days.

Returned items must
be sent Recorded Delivery if the value is below £34.00 or
Special Delivery if above. No refunds can be given if the goods
do not arrive.

It
is the customers responsibility to claim compensation from Royal
Mail if the item is damaged on it's return journey. Photographic
evidence will be provided.

A
refund will not be issued if the items you have ordered do not
fit or meet their needs. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct
colours and sizes when ordering. If items are ordered
incorrectly and adjustments are needed the customer must pay all
return postage costs and any other material/labour costs if
necessary. Jewellery can be resized at £5.00 + Postage/shipping
per piece

No
refund will be given under any circumstances if items are
returned after the wedding date.

Shipping/postage costs to return the item(s) cannot be refunded.

Items that
are faulty or are

Goods sold on this website are not intended to be used as toys. Many of the materials used
in the making of the products contain very small
parts. Therefore for health and safety reasons, all children must be supervised
and not left alone with any products. Caradan Designs will not be
held responsible for any injury caused.

held responsible for any allergic reaction that our products may
cause. If in doubt please ask prior to ordering.
