| By placing an order with Caradan Designs, whether online, by telephone,
email or by post, you are confirming that you have read, understood and
agree to the following terms and conditions. |

2) Payment Personal cheques, bankers drafts and bank transfer are also accepted methods of payment 3) Returns & Refunds I hope you will be delighted with the accessories that
I have made for you. In the unlikely event you find the goods unsuitable
they may be returned for a full refund provided they have been made in
the standard colours below: Metal finish: Silver plated
or sterling silver Orders must also be returned before the wedding/special event date. Please email me within 3 days of receiving your goods stating the reasons for the return. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in their original unworn condition, retain all the original gift packaging, labeling and packaged securely. Postage costs will not be refunded. I reserve the right to decline a return if I suspect that a customer is taking advantage of and abusing the returns policy. Circumstances when refunds are not available: Where a customer orders several items to just 'try on' with the intention of returning all or part of the order. Please remember that all designs are handcrafted just for you and take a considerable amount of time to make. If you require further information on any of the designs please feel free to ask. Earrings for pierced ears (unless they are faulty. I will replace these for you) Bespoke Goods (A design created and made to your own unique style) 4) Delivery The organisation used for all deliveries is Royal Mail
and current delivery costs can be found
here. I do not take responsibility for late arrival or loss of your package. However I will investigate on your behalf if your package is late. In the event of a failed delivery attempt the Post
Office will inform you that your package is awaiting collection at your
local depot by leaving a while you were out card. If the package is not
collected within 7 days they will return it to me. It is therefore your
responsibility to pay for the redelivery of the order if this situation
occurs. If you fail to pay for the goods to be resent then I shall
assume the products have been abandoned and a refund cannot be given. Second class post is the service used when the free shipping promotion is on offer. Therefore orders will arrive 2 - 3 later than usual.
The photography process may make the products appear larger than in real life. Approximate sizes are displayed on the product page. If in doubt please ask before ordering. Freshwater pearls are a natural product and colours/product quality may vary from one batch to another. Unless stated all jewellery clasps are sterling silver or 14K gold filled. Allergy Advice ~ Rhinestone components
with metal casings used in some jewellery designs are silver/gold plated I does not take responsibility for any tarnishing that may occur. The tarnishing of metal parts is a naturally occurring process with the metal reacting to gases in the air I cannot be held responsible for any allergic reaction that our products may cause. If in doubt please ask prior to ordering. I shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure results from events and circumstances outside of my reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God(s), strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, terrorism, fire, breakdown of plant and machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and I shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of my obligations. I reserve the right to change prices and amend the website at any time. 8) Promotions and DiscountsAny discount or promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer To qualify for any special offers, orders must be placed within before the closing date. I cannot make any special exceptions for those that have missed the deadline. Free or discounted delivery. Goods will be despatched by 2nd class so may take slightly longer to arrive.
